1. REGISTER

Complete the registration form on the website to create an account within My Account section. To participate in the auctions it is necessary to verify your account ! To confirm your user account, we will need your Certificate of Incorporation. Make sure the document is clearly visible and is 100% readable otherwise your bid/buy might be canceled. Only companies are accepted in the bidding system. Please beware that you must have a registered business to become a TIMA member.

2. SEARCH VEHICLES

Use your computer, mobile, or tablet to browse and find the vehicles you want to purchase in the auction. Detailed descriptions of all auctioned vehicles are provided. We recommend using a desktop PC for the best viewing experience. We prefer to really show the condition of a vehicle. We fully check all vehicles and supplement the specification lists where necessary. We shoot HD photos and videos of the vehicle, so that you can see all the details with your own eyes online. You can assume that a vehicle advertisement on timabid.com also fully compares to how you will receive the purchased vehicle. The vehicle is checked from top to bottom by our vehicle inspector. The inspector fills in the specification list and notes all details. For example, if there is a second-hand vehicle with damage, this will be clearly stated in the description. This way you really know what you are buying. We record every detail, from the navigation system to the profile of the tyres. This means that we are 100% sure about the condition of a vehicle. And we also clearly show that in the advertisements. The process has therefore become essential for buyers.

3. BID

Please bid only on the desired vehicle. For new customers, we typically limit the sale to one car to allow you to become familiar with how our website operates. If you place bids on multiple items in quick succession, our system will automatically delete your bids. Repeated offenses may result in the suspension of your account. Place a single bid, and if you are outbid, you will receive a notification via email. You can buy directly through Buy it Now, or participate in the auction!

4. WIN THE AUCTION

If you have the highest bid, and the seller approves it, you are the winner. Each bid in an auction is a legal commitment to proceed with the purchase. Bid carefully and avoid bidding on multiple items simultaneously.

5. PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT

We will get in touch with you once the auction ends to provide you with a Sale Contract and your signature will be required. Upon receiving the signed contract, the invoice will be issued. We use a sales contract and proforma invoice!

6. WIRE TRANSFER – PAY THE BILL

The only payment option is by bank transfer! Cash payment is not accepted!
